Janet Leung, Director of Finance

Janet grew up in Mississippi and moved to Albuquerque from Dallas in 2018. She has a B.B.A. in Financial Consulting and a B.A. in Economics from Southern Methodist University, and her Financial Planning & Analysis experience is from a variety of Fortune 500 for-profit companies and several local non-profits. Currently, she is a founding board member and treasurer for a public charter school in Albuquerque. She has previously served on her university’s alumni board, and she is a graduate of the 2024 Leadership Albuquerque program. Janet started as the Director of Finance for Girls Inc. of Santa Fe in 2025.

When not working, she enjoys rock climbing, traveling, board games, video games, golf, reading, and volunteering. She lives in Albuquerque with her husband Chakri and their two bunnies Easton and Natasha.
