Nicole Lim, Board Member

Nicole grew up in Los Angeles, the daughter of two immigrants, and attended an all-girls high school where she saw firsthand how a girls-focused environment builds something that lasts: confidence. That experience has stayed with her through a career spanning finance and edtech, including the past four years as an equity research analyst at Thornburg Investment Management in Santa Fe.

Before landing in New Mexico, Nicole spent time in the edtech world thinking deeply about what it means to put students first – a belief she carries with her, and a part of why she is proud to support Girls Inc.’s work in Santa Fe.

She has loved building a life in Santa Fe: hiking the trails, discovering skiing at Taos, and finding a wonderful community. She lives here with her fiancé and their dog, Rocky.
